Expertise Identification Using Email Communications
Question: Discuss about the Expertise Identification Using Email Communications. Answer: Introduction: The purpose of writing this email is to apologize for the error I made for sending wrong file to you for the report. I understand this error has caused a lot of inconvenience to you especially when evaluating the work had done. The file sent did not include conclusion, references as well as the table of content. The file sent was a draft I had done before the final work and I made a mistake to send the wrong file for the final work since the document were similar. I know that any reason given for this will not erase the mistake I have made. However, I would like you to know am very sorry for the mistake I have done of negligence of submitting wrong work. I know it is not possible to turn back time and set everything right for the mistake done but I would certainly like you to know am very sincere and heartily sorry for any issues that I have caused for sending wrong file.
